The crispy chicken wings are a local favorite, glazed perfectly with a delightful blend of sweetness and spice. Diners rave about the cold noodles, particularly on warm days, as they hit just the right refreshing note. The BBQ set menus provide a great value, allowing groups to enjoy a range of grilled meats and sides at a reasonable price. The restaurant’s cozy, trendy ambiance also earns praise for its welcoming vibe, making it a perfect backdrop for gathering with friends or family. Plus, the healthy options available on the menu cater to various dietary preferences, ensuring there's something for everyone. Desserts also shine, especially the unique ice cream offerings, which create a joyous end to a hearty meal.

Most Disliked

While many relish the experience at Spicy Grill, some diners express concerns about the wait times during peak hours. The busiest evenings, especially Fridays, can lead to longer queues for tables, which might not suit everyone’s schedule. Additionally, reviewers note that while the flavors are delightful, certain dishes may lack the intensity of authentic Korean cooking. Some patrons feel that the ambiance gets a bit noisy when crowded, impacting the overall dining experience. Limited parking in the area can also pose a challenge for those driving from afar. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience still gets a thumbs-up from most visitors.

It was such a hot day today, but the cold noodles just hit the spot for me. It was so delicious and refreshing! The fried chicken wings are crispy and the spicy sauce on it is just the right amount of sweetness and spiciness. Spicy pork bibimbap is tasty too. Price is also reasonable.

I came here simply because it’s the closest Korean BBQ to my place, and it was recommended by my Korean friends. It may not bring you 100% authentic Korean flavors, but it definitely satisfies any meat lover’s cravings.

Think of perfectly crispy chicken wings glassed with superb Korean sauce without being soggy at the same time - SUPERB. Spicy rice cake , powerful, Jab Chae one of the best, Chicken bulgogi flavorful. Good value for money tasty plates. Each with a different flavour. Very polite service by staff. Good value. Simple deco. Shop targeting taste and value. One of the best Korean restaurants in London. Offers barbecue on tables. Definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely fantastic meal, got the BBQ set 2 and everything was amazing. Left feeling comfortably full and would absolutely return again. Staff were attentive without hovering, bathrooms were immaculate, and the entire restaurant was very clean. I even saw one staff member just wipe the floor because it felt a little sticky under their shoe. This was actually my first Korean BBQ experience and it was wonderful, would absolutely return again!

All of the dishes in this table cost less than £60 - Yes, it is a value for money! But the definition of the value for money has re-defined from here as it’s not just about the economy of dining but what’s in the menus! One crystal example: It’s worth exploring the Noodle set - an economic but contains bunch of joyful moments for your mouth and your mind full of Korean cuisine and CULTURE!!! Definitely recommend!

A great local restaurant with a huge variety of options from mains / sides / starters & BBQ. We opted to go for one of the BBQ set menus & a side of veg noodle soup. Portions are very generous and the beef was marinated very well & tasted exceptionally nice!! Service is very efficient & fast. It does get slightly busy especially during usual dinner times. Definitely recommending this place!!!!

First time having KBBQ in London and couldn’t have went to a better restaurant! We ordered the BBQ 5 House Special which included the meats to grill and a choice of bibimbap. You can also ask them to change the grill plate when needed. We also ordered a mul nenmyun which blew my mind. Though it was a cold dish and I’d never tried before, I didn’t know what to expect but the flavors were great. The seafood soondubu jiigae was amazing, also came with a small side of plain rice. The tofu was was so smooth and melts in your mouth! The fried chicken was the absolute star of the evening. We ordered a full se and got half spicy and half soy sauce which also came with your choice of 2x soft drinks. I was expecting it to be really spicy but it was a tolerable amount of spice for me. It was nice & crispy and I can honestly say it’s the best Korean fried chicken I’ve had so far! They also give you complimentary sauces, side salads (the sauce for the salad was the best part for me 😂) and wraps for your bbq meat). Service was great and the server was patient with us when we were still making last minute decisions! Each person ended up paying around £25 which I think it’s pretty decent. It definitely does fill you up!
